Unfortunately, we're experiencing a bug with Apple, which means that Molly doesn't always show up. It concerns the latest iOS updates (17.4.1 and 17.5.1). If Molly does not appear, you can force Molly to appear by simply pressing the field where you enter a URL (see more here).
Until the bug is fixed by either Apple or Molly, you can force Molly to appear on certain iPhone models. Just tap the "url field" marked pink in the screenshot.
Unfortunately, Chrome doesn't support extensions like Molly on Android phones, so you'll have to get used to opening a browser other than Chrome to shop. At least if you don't want to miss out on Molly's discounts, better prices and alerts.

We're working on an Android app for online shopping - which you can use instead of your browser. It will feature everything you love about Molly, and you can experience that as a beta tester if you're curious, can live with small bugs and want to influence our development.

It is possible to install Molly as an extension to the Kiwi browser, which is not developed by us. Therefore, you may experience small errors, such as Molly not popping up with the information you would otherwise have received.
