Molly is both an app and an extension for your Safari browser, which needs to be activated.

Maybe Molly doesn't have full permission. This is required for Molly to pop up automatically when you visit webshops.
Follow this guide:
Settings ➡️ Search for: "Extensions" ➡️ Click on Extensions ➡️ Click on Molly ➡️ Allow extension and Allow in Private Browser ➡️ All websites ➡️ Allow

Enable Molly to appear in your private browser.
Settings ➡️ Search for: "Extensions" ➡️ Click on Extensions ➡️ Click on Molly ➡️ Allow in Private Browser
Completely close Safari and then reopen it.
Check your settings to see if you've turned Molly off for the page.

Open the Molly app ➡️ Click on menu ➡️ Click on Settings ➡️ Click on Molly is hidden here ➡️ Find the page and press Show again.
If you have set screen time restrictions, you cannot activate Molly. You must turn off content and privacy in Screen Time under Settings.

Google doesn't allow Chrome extensions on mobile. But don't worry, Molly works in Chrome on your computer. Get Molly for Chrome here.
